ISTA-Qualified Packaging, Performance-Qualified Pack-Outs

Tempcontrolled Qualified (TCQ) denotes packaging and pack-out configurations that are ISTA-qualified and further performance qualified by Tempcontrolled. For each shipment Tempcontrolled handles using TCQ packaging, a Shipment Passport (a QA-ready documentation packet) is generated, and shipment records are made available in Control Tower, Tempcontrolled’s customer portal for tracking, exceptions, and compliance records.
