Popup Liner
Insulated Liners for TCQ-Qualified Pallet and Carton Shipments
Pop-up liners are flexible insulated liners used within TCQ-qualified packaging systems to provide thermal protection for palletized and cartonized shipments. Supplied flat and expanded at use, pop-up liners minimize storage footprint while enabling rapid deployment at fulfillment.
Pop-up liners are commonly paired with gel, PCM, or dry ice refrigerants and are validated as part of a complete TCQ pack-out configuration.
Key Features
- Insulated liner system for pallet and carton use
- Ships flat for efficient storage
- Rapid deployment at fulfillment
- Supports refrigerated, CRT, and frozen TCQ configurations
- Suitable for parcel, LTL, and air freight lanes
