Our insulated mailers are lightweight, flexible shipping solutions used within TCQ-qualified packaging systems for small, temperature-sensitive shipments. Manufactured using insulating materials designed to reduce heat transfer, insulated mailers provide short-duration thermal protection when paired with gel or PCM refrigerants and approved SOPs.
These mailers are commonly used for direct-to-patient, pharmacy fulfillment, and small parcel shipments where weight, cost efficiency, and ease of use are critical. Thermal performance is validated at the TCQ system level, based on the complete pack-out configuration, refrigerant selection, payload, and lane assumptions.
