Yes. Control Tower supports shipment-level communication so exceptions and decisions stay tied to the shipment record rather than scattered across email threads.

Yes. Where applicable, customers can view inbound receiving, inventory status, and outbound processing milestones in Control Tower.

Yes. We can support customer-supplied components. If you want TCQ execution, we will align on the configuration, SOP, lane assumptions, and documentation requirements.

That’s fine. You can upload the PDF directly to the shipment, and it’s included in the Shipment Passport closeout bundle for QA. Where supported, the system can render time/temperature curves from structured files; otherwise the original PDF is preserved as the official record, and you can add notes or exception tags for clarity. Multiple logger files per shipment are supported.

Yes. Share a read-only Shipment Passport link so auditors can review evidence without an account. All access is logged, and you can revoke links at any time. If needed, you can also export a PDF dossier for their files.
