If you’re using your own packaging, we still support a qualified packout workflow and monitoring approach. Exact contents vary by service and shipment requirements, but documentation commonly includes items like shipping documents, temperature monitoring outputs, chain-of-custody or handoff records where applicable, and packaging/packout references tied to the shipment configuration. If you have specific QA or sponsor requirements, we’ll align to them up front and confirm what will be included.
