Active Temperature-Controlled Air Cargo Containers

Active single-pallet shippers are electrically powered air cargo containers designed to maintain a controlled internal temperature throughout international air transport. These containers support standard RKN and RAP ULD formats and are commonly used for high-value pharmaceutical, biologic, and life science shipments requiring precise temperature control.

Single-pallet active containers provide closed-loop heating and cooling with integrated sensors and onboard power, enabling consistent temperature maintenance across long-haul flights, airport dwell times, and ground handling events. Units are compatible with major cargo aircraft and airline networks and are supplied through rental programs from qualified manufacturers.

Tempcontrolled coordinates container selection, pre-conditioning, booking, and release, and manages shipment execution using approved SOPs. Shipment documentation and handling records are captured for QA review and operational visibility.
