What temperature ranges do you support?

Standard ranges include 2–8 °C, CRT, and frozen; we also support extended profiles (e.g., deep-frozen/cryogenic) through specialized solutions. We’ll recommend the right packaging and logger plan based on route risk, duration, and regulatory needs.

Yes. We provide monitored returns with custody records, temperature verification, and reconciliation reporting. Returned product data is attached to the Shipment Passport to simplify site and sponsor documentation.

We pre-clear before dispatch: verifying documents with brokers, checking permits/labels, and aligning commodity codes and descriptions. That pre-work, plus proactive visibility and escalation paths, reduces avoidable holds.
